The initial project was the design of a brand strategy to support their vision of being the first choice supplier of automated robotic food packaging solutions globally. After a comprehensive research exercise our branding team focused their positioning on superior technology and close partnership work, and brought it to life through a new visual identity and messaging suite.
Our marketing agency and creative studio followed on from this work by leading strategy and implementation for their marketing delivery and brand activation on an ongoing basis, as their retained marketing team and design studio.
Since 2017 we have fostered a strong relationship with the owners and senior leadership. PWR most recently approached us in 2022 with a brief for defining a plan for ambitious company growth across the next five years. PWR is determined to seize new opportunities and expand their footprint beyond Central Europe, venturing into the markets of North America, South America, and Asia. As a result of market expansion and increased capacity, PWR aspires to drive significant financial performance. To help make vision a reality, they have engaged our business strategy team to create a business plan inclusive of well-defined stepping stones that outline the path to achieving these impressive growth objectives.
