Brief / Requirement

In April 2017 Neatebox required digital marketing support for the development of a B2B marketing plan, supplemented with strategic support to review actions, analyse results and advise on on-going marketing strategies across a range of marketing activity across both offline and digital channels

 

Campaign and deliverables

Genoa Black developed a marketing campaign plan for the launch of the Welcome app, an integrated digital strategy and social media content plan, development of a partnership marketing strategy and strategic support and planning for the subsequent launch events in Falkirk in July and Edinburgh in August 2017. Our support also included influencer campaign strategy, blog post development and social media implementation.

 

Results

The project resulted in the development of a clear B2B marketing plan and support in the development of a press pack ahead of the Welcome launch. Throughout the project, a series of social media best practice recommendations also resulted in the overarching cornerstone theme for the campaign, #AllAreasAccessible which embodies the inclusivity objectives of the Welcome app as well as the increased accessibility of the Welcome launch event in Falkirk through live streaming and coverage on social media. Our strategic guidance gave clarity and confidence to the Neatebox team as they continued to build brand awareness and deliver their integrated marketing plan.
