Following strategic marketing support recommendations in 2016 and in 2019, with ambitious 2020 targets, Criton, has appointed Genoa Black develop its brand, positioning, key messages and visual identity.

Criton has developed a hospitality app package that enables luxury hotels and serviced apartments to provide their own branded and bespoke guest book, project management and digital door-key app.

Having initially launched Version 1.0 in December 2016 to a broader audience, Criton launched Version 2.0 in October 2019; this new streamlined app has a simplified template and a standard interface for all customers but with the ability to customise logos and colours. Version 2.0 is targeted at luxury hotels (4 star and above) and focuses on the guest experience by holding all guest facing information and technology in one place, from guest booking information to digital door-key and the ability to book and manage trip bookings through the app.

The overarching aim of this project is to drive awareness, interest and sales with key target audiences which will establish the technology and sales internationally. Genoa Black is delighted to be working with Criton and to be supporting their international growth ambitions in 2020.
