Having launched its Chaos to Clarity programme late last month, Genoa Black is delighted to be working with two forward-thinking companies in the defence and food and drink sectors in Scotland, as they search to find opportunities to lead with clarity in the current economic climate.

Using unique data gained from delivering over 700 strategies, which draws upon around 3500 data reference points across multiple sectors, Genoa Black created its first report on how to guide businesses through economic shock, launched in early April.
