The marketing breakthrough
Identifying Gigaclear’s differentiated position in a highly competitive, confused and cluttered market space, Genoa Black worked closely with the client marketing, sales, customer care and HR teams to develop informed clarify around value propositions, brand positioning, brand values, tone of voice and messaging. In addition a new directional brand and marketing strategy for each stakeholder audience was developed outlining focused objectives, strategies, techniques and activities and how these should integrate in terms of marketing to sales funnel. New brand guidelines, re-assessing visual identity and imagery were developed together with a range of toolkits for in-house marketing teams to ensure impact and consistency across all communication channels.
