A social media strategy and marketing plan for the launch of a new app that was developed and delivered to engage with key stakeholder audiences driven by the cornerstone theme #AllAreasAccessible. This statement embodies the inclusivity objectives of Neatebox’s new Welcome app. The strategy supported the app’s launch event through live streaming, coverage on multiple social media channels, incorporated strategic partnerships and included the development of a press pack to support PR.
